Sales Executive

We're looking for a hardworking, positive and reliable person to join our team as a Sales Support Executive.

For us, attitude and work ethic are more important than having experience in every part of the role. If you're organised, enjoy helping people, are willing to learn and take pride in doing a good job, we'd love to hear from you.

Don't worry if you haven't worked in this exact type of role before - we can teach you what you need to know and support you as you develop.

You'll work closely with our Sales, Design, Service and Shipping teams, helping everything run smoothly from the first customer enquiry right through to delivery.

-What You'll Be Doing-

• Helping customers with enquiries by phone and email
• Supporting the sales team with quotes and following up on opportunities
• Keeping customers updated and helping resolve any queries
• Providing day-to-day administrative support
• Working with different teams to make sure orders progress smoothly

• Are friendly and comfortable communicating with customers and colleagues

• Are comfortable using computers and willing to learn our systems
• Take pride in doing things properly and looking after customers
• Previous experience in sales support, administration or customer service is a bonus, but it isn't essential. Full training and support will be provided.
