District Manager - ROI

Overview

Location: Dublin based, with travel across the Republic of Ireland

Reports to: Market Manager

Salary: €70-75k + Bonus + LTIP + Benefits

Wingstop is expanding in the Republic of Ireland. We are seeking our first ever ROI-based District Manager to lead the way in establishing and growing the Wingstop brand across Ireland. As District Manager, you will lead multiple restaurants across the region, drive operational excellence, develop high-performing teams, and ensure every guest experience reflects the Wingstop brand.

You will oversee all aspects of restaurant performance including People, Standards, Product and Safety, working with senior leadership to shape the future of the business in ROI.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple restaurants across the ROI region, driving operational excellence and guest experience consistent with the Wingstop brand.
• Oversee all aspects of restaurant performance, including People, Standards, Product and Safety.
• Develop high-performing teams and succession plans; coach and develop General Managers and restaurant teams.
• Partner with senior leadership to support strategic growth plans and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Utilise commercial insight and operational data to identify opportunities and drive performance improvements.
• Ensure consistently high standards across customer experience, food quality and compliance.
• Focus on sales growth, profitability and operational performance across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a multi-site leadership role within QSR, hospitality or fast-paced retail
• Strong track record of driving operational and commercial performance
• Passionate about people development, coaching and building high-performing teams
• Strong understanding of P&L management, KPIs and operational standards
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Highly organised, adaptable and solutions focused
• Ideally a minimum of 2 years’ experience managing multiple locations
