At Castillians, we're building a new category within the global channel ecosystem.
We enable distributors, VARs and systems integrators to build Virtual Bench Suites powered by Engineering Capacity on Subscription.
Our partners aren't looking for more resources. They're looking for scalable capability, retained domain knowledge and delivery resilience that can be embedded into their everyday sales and services motions.

The Opportunity
We're looking for a Distribution Account Manager (DAM) to recruit, onboard and grow strategic channel partners across Ireland, the UK and international markets.
Working with distributors, VARs and SIs, you'll help partners build Virtual Bench Suites aligned to their technology practices, service offerings and customer needs.
Your mission is simple:
- Recruit strategic partners into the Castillians ecosystem.
- Help partners launch Virtual Bench Suites aligned to their core business.
- Embed Engineering Capacity Subscriptions into everyday customer engagements.
- Drive adoption, consumption and long-term partner growth.
Who We're Looking For
You are:
- Highly organised and execution-focused.
- Comfortable owning KPIs and business outcomes.
- Commercially aware and relationship-driven.
- Well connected across distributors, VARs and systems integrators.
- Passionate about helping partners grow.
You may currently work in Channel Sales, Distribution, Partner Management, Vendor Business Management or Alliances.
