Digitide

Tamil NaduFull-timeMid LevelOn-site

Job Description

As part of scaling Digitide's Collections charter for US clients within International BPM, we are hiring a Consulting Director to serve as the Collections service line leader and domain SME driving consultative sales, solutioning, and high-margin growth for first- and third-party collections and payments. This is an advisory and client-facing role - partnering closely with delivery, presales, and alliances teams to bring deep US collections domain credibility to deals and client relationships, and to shape AI-led modernization (digital-first contact strategies, propensity-to-pay models, agent-assist tools, and automation).

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the US Collections/Payments domain SME across consultative sales, solutioning, and presales - shaping proposals and client conversations with deep sector and regulatory context (FDCPA, CFPB, TCPA, state-level collections regulations).
  • Define and advocate for the AI-led and platform centric collections modernization roadmap - propensity-to-pay models, multi-channel orchestration, and agent-assist tools.
  • Be the client-facing domain voice in key account conversations, QBRs, and growth discussions across EN US clients.
  • Identify and drive high-margin growth opportunities and new client pursuits (NN), partnering with presales on deal solutioning and transition planning for new logos.
  • Support delivery teams with domain expertise on collections strategy, quality, and compliance.
  • Ensure engagement approaches align to US regulatory and compliance requirements (FDCPA, CFPB, TCPA, data privacy) across all client conversations.
  • Build and strengthen alliances and an ecosystem of technology partners relevant to collections and payments modernization (digital payment/nudge providers, AI/analytics vendors).
  • Represent Digitide in US collections/payments-focused analyst and industry forums.

Qualifications:

  • 10-15 years of experience in BPM/collections operations or consulting, with strong exposure to US first- and third-party collections and payments.
  • Deep domain expertise in US collections for BFSI (secured/unsecured lending, cards) or receivables management, including regulatory frameworks (FDCPA, CFPB, TCPA).
  • Track record of influencing measurable collections performance improvement (recovery rates, right-party contact, productivity) through technology/AI-led interventions, in an advisory or SME capacity.
  • Strong client-facing and presentation skills, with experience engaging US clients, analysts, and advisors.
  • Experience building or working within a partner/alliance ecosystem (digital engagement platforms, AI/analytics providers) in the collections space.
