Head of Sales Innovative climate technology company Electrical/Electronic Manufacturing The Company is seeking a Head of Revenue for the USA to lead the commercial execution and establish a strong revenue foundation. The successful candidate will be responsible for meeting US revenue targets, converting pilots into commercial contracts, and leading direct sales with industrial and transportation customers. Additionally, the role involves developing and managing channel and distribution partners, building a disciplined sales pipeline, and representing the company at various events.
The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in B2B revenue, experience in early-stage or high-growth sales environments, and a background in industrial, transportation, energy, or infrastructure markets. The Head of Revenue will be expected to have a strong outbound and relationship-led sales capability, the ability to communicate technical products effectively to operational buyers, and a hands-on, execution-focused mindset with strong commercial discipline. The role is initially execution-focused but is expected to evolve into broader commercial leadership as the business scales.
