Job Description
Compensation: $140,000-$150,000 + $100,000 to $150,000 in commission
We're currently engaged with a hyper-growth, early-stage technology company pioneering the use of AI, physics and hardware to transform the way clients see biology.
The Director of Sales will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, building strategic partnerships and advancing revenue growth across their SaaS and platform offerings. This is a hands-on leadership role for a technical sales leader that can wear multiple hats.
Qualifications:
- +8 years of experience in commercial, Business Development, or sales leadership within Life Sciences, platform/SaaS technologies or capital equipment.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding multi-million dollar sales targets in complex environments.
- Builder Mind-set: Resourceful, analytical and comfortable with ambiguity in startup environments.
- Cross-functional efforts for commercial development
