Role Description This full-time hybrid role, located in the Los Angeles Metropolitan Area, allows some flexibility for remote work. As the Director of Sales and Marketing, you will be responsible for devising and executing strategic sales and marketing plans to drive business growth.
Key responsibilities include overseeing sales operations, managing client relationships to ensure satisfaction, building and leading a high-performing sales team, developing business opportunities, and contributing to the company’s market positioning efforts. Qualifications Proven expertise in Sales, Sales Operations, and Business Development Strong skills in Team Management and Customer Service Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic thinking abilities Experience in the senior living, healthcare, or related industries is an asset Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment balancing in-office and remote responsibilities #J-18808-Ljbffr
