Digital Transformation Analyst
Kanda
Job Description
Kanda is mid-transformation — and the work is real, the pace is real, and the impact is visible. This is where you come in.
As a Transformation Analyst, you'll be the engine behind delivery — keeping initiatives moving across process improvement, workforce, finance, technology and AI. One day you're mapping a workflow, the next you're building a benefit case, the next you're configuring a Power Automate workflow. It's hands-on, varied, and the things you deliver compound into something the whole organisation feels.
What you’ll be doing
- Mapping current-state workflows and translating them into structured process maps and business requirements
- Maintaining the transformation initiative register and preparing updates for leadership and board reporting
- Researching, modelling and tracking benefit cases for new and in-flight initiatives against approved targets
- Identifying improvement opportunities, developing proposals and owning delivery end-to-end
- Preparing briefing materials, recording decisions and keeping action registers moving
- Managing document flows and communications with external technology partners and vendors
- Delivering process improvements end-to-end — SharePoint solutions, Power Automate workflows and AI tooling that automates routine business processes
You’re the right person if…
- You have experience in a transformation, business analysis or solutioning role within a complex organisation
- You map current and future-state processes well and can define target operating models and migration pathways
- You translate business problems into clear solution recommendations and build a structured case for change
- You've coordinated people, systems and workflows to deliver end-to-end process change, not just point fixes
- You're hands‑on with Power Automate, confident using AI tools practically, and across the Microsoft 365 suite — SharePoint, Excel and PowerPoint
- You manage multiple concurrent workstreams and stakeholders without letting things slip
- You write clearly for executive and board-level audiences, including business cases and process documentation
Why Join Kanda
