What does a Digital Sales Manager do? You will leverage our online capabilities—such as banners, tiles, and an automated bot solution—to address our members’ financial needs effectively. Unlike traditional sales roles, this position is performance-driven, with an emphasis on optimizing the digital sales funnel while relentlessly enhancing member engagement through innovative digital experiences. Here, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring our members receive the meaningful solutions tailored to their needs, all while contributing to a culture of performance and accountability.

QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business Development, or related experience. 3+ years of experience in digital or traditional sales with proven experience using digital sales tools such as CRMs, lead tracking forms and data-driven cross sell strategies.
Proven success in driving measurable growth through digital sales strategies, CRM optimization, Sales activity tracking and Sales Results. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Data-driven and highly analytical with the ability to translate insights into action.
Deep understanding of financial products, services, and member needs. Ability to exercise discretion and sound judgment. Must possess a superior level of member service, be a positive role model, and demonstrate a high level of commitment to the organization.
