At Ayouthveda, we are building a science-driven Ayurvedic personal care brand, and are looking for a hands-on growth professional to scale our D2C and ecommerce business. Role Objective: Drive ecommerce growth from ₹30L/month to next level through execution, optimization, and smart scaling (not just ad spends). What You’ll Do: Improve conversion rate and AOV on Shopify Build product bundles, upsells, and offers Optimize product pages & landing pages Work closely with ads team to improve ROAS (not just spend more) Set up WhatsApp/email retention flows Scale marketplaces (Amazon, Nykaa, Flipkart) Track daily metrics: AOV, CVR, CAC, ROAS ✅ We Are Looking For Someone Who: Has 2–5 years experience in D2C/ecommerce Has worked in a growing or bootstrapped brand Is hands-on and execution-driven (not just strategy) Understands Shopify + performance marketing basics Can scale business without blindly increasing ad spends ❌ Not a Fit If: You come from only agency/coordination roles You rely only on increasing budgets for growth You prefer strategy over execution Compensation: ₹6–12 LPA (based on experience) + performance incentives Location: Delhi (Ayouthveda Office) ✨ Why Join Us: Work directly with founder Build a fast-growing Ayurveda brand Opportunity to lead future D2C growth vertical
