Digital Asset Trading Project Solution Manager

Project Description: We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to lead complex Treasury transformation initiatives and drive our Digital Asset Trading go-to-market strategy. This is a strategic leadership role that combines deep functional expertise in Treasury & Capital Markets with the ability to shape, position, and deliver innovative digital asset solutions for our clients . Working across business, operations, risk, finance, legal, and technology teams, you will act as a trusted advisor to clients and internal stakeholders, translating business objectives into practical, scalable solutions.

You will play a pivotal role in defining target operating models, supporting major transformation programmes, and helping establish our market presence in the rapidly evolving digital asset ecosyste m. Responsibiliti es:Business Analysis & Transformation Leaders hipLead end-to-end functional analysis across complex Treasury, payments, liquidity, and transaction-driven process es.Partner with business and technology stakeholders to define desired outcomes, success criteria, and delivery prioriti es.Analyse current-state operating models and processes, identifying opportunities for optimisation, automation, and transformati on.Define pragmatic and achievable target-state business processes, operating models, and solution desig ns.Produce high-quality business analysis artefacts, including business requirements, functional specifications, process maps, impact assessments, assumptions, dependencies, constraints, and traceability documentati on.Serve as a senior functional lead throughout programme delivery, supporting teams in managing scope, risks, dependencies, and chan ge.Provide structured thinking, constructive challenge, and clear recommendations to senior stakeholders and executive sponso rs. Digital Assets & Innova tionLead analysis and solution design activities for Digital Asset, tokenisation, and Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT) initiati ves.Assess the impact of digital assets on Treasury operating models, settlement processes, liquidity management, controls, custody, and regulatory obligati ons.Evaluate emerging technologies and platforms, balancing innovation with operational practicality, risk management, and integration requireme nts.Support clients in defining and implementing digital asset operating models and transformation roadm aps.

Go-to-Market Leade rshipOwn and drive the firm's Digital Asset Trading go-to-market stra tegy.Identify market opportunities, client needs, and industry trends across Treasury, capital markets, and digital asset ecosys tems.Develop service offerings, solution frameworks, and value propositions that differentiate our business in the ma rket.Collaborate with sales, consulting, and delivery teams to shape client pursuits, proposals, and strategic engagem ents.Represent the organisation in client meetings, industry forums, thought leadership initiatives, and partner ecosys tems.Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and contribute to business growth through advisory and solution-led engagem ents. Mandatory Skills Descri ption:Extensive experience in Business Analysis, Functional Consulting, or Product Delivery within Treasury, Capital Markets, Transaction Banking, or Financial Ser vices.Strong understanding of Treasury operations, payments, settlements, liquidity management, and transaction proce ssing.Proven ability to lead complex transformation programmes and engage with senior business and technology stakeho lders.Experience delivering or supporting Digital Asset, tokenisation, blockchain, or DLT-enabled initia tives.Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and documentation s kills.Demonstrated ability to bridge business strategy and technology del ivery. Nice-to-Have Skills Descr iption:Experience with digital asset trading platforms, custody solutions, tokenised assets, stablecoins, or market infrastr ucture.Knowledge of relevant regulatory frameworks impacting Treasury and digital assets.Experience within consulting, professional services, or technology services organis ations.Exposure to product strategy, business development, or go-to-market leadership responsibi lities.
