Role : Project Manager – CCPP (Combined Cycle Power Plant) Location: Nigeria (multiple sites) Salary: Up to USD 5,000 per month (based on experience) Other Benefits : Company-provided accommodation, Transportation, Meals/Food, Round-trip air tickets twice per year Rotation: 6 months on-site followed by 15 days off Industry: Power Generation / Energy (Gas Power Plant / CCPP) Experience Required: Minimum 10+ years About the Role We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in Combined Cycle Power Plant (CCPP) and Gas Power Plant projects to lead the successful execution of large-scale power generation projects in Nigeria. The role requires expertise in managing the complete project lifecycle, ensuring delivery within scope, schedule, budget, quality, and HSE standards. Key Responsibilities Lead the execution of CCPP/Gas Power Plant projects from planning through commissioning and handover.

Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, resources, and project controls. Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning (EPC) activities. Monitor project progress and ensure timely achievement of key milestones.

Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies. Ensure compliance with HSE regulations, quality standards, and contractual requirements. Manage client, consultant, contractor, and stakeholder relationships.

Prepare project reports, progress updates, and executive presentations. Drive cost optimization while maintaining quality and operational excellence. Requirements Minimum 10+ years of project management experience within the Power Generation or Energy sector.

Proven experience managing Combined Cycle Power Plant (CCPP) and/or Gas Power Plant projects. Strong knowledge of EPC project execution, project planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and project controls. Experience coordinating multidisciplinary engineering and construction teams.

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related discipline. PMP or equivalent Project Management certification is an advantage. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
