Project Manager – Zoho Solutions & Client Success

Automate Accounts (https:///) is seeking a Lead Zoho Consultant to own solution design, client advisory, and delivery across the Zoho ecosystem. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving business problems, architecting scalable systems, and leading implementation teams. You will work directly with business owners and leadership teams to understand operational challenges, design solutions using Zoho applications, and guide a team of developers through successful implementation.

Summary Lead and manage end-to-end implementation projects for Zoho-based solutions, coordinating cross-functional delivery teams and acting as the primary client-facing contact. Role focuses on delivering projects for international clients (Canada, USA and other markets) and driving success measured by on-time delivery, client satisfaction, project profitability, resource utilization, quality of deliverables, and client retention/expansion. Responsibilities Lead end-to-end implementation of Zoho solutions (Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho One, Zoho Creator, Zoho Desk) and custom integrations.

Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and success metrics. Create and maintain project plans, milestones, and resource schedules; ensure on-time, within-scope, within-budget delivery. Serve as primary point of contact for assigned clients; conduct discovery sessions and manage client expectations.

Facilitate project review meetings, steering committees, and status calls. Collaborate with Zoho Developers, Functional Consultants, Accountants, and Business Analysts; assign tasks and remove project roadblocks. Coordinate testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and go-live activities.

Identify project risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans; monitor quality and escalate critical issues for timely resolution. Develop and improve project management frameworks, delivery standards, and promote best practices in governance and documentation. Support continuous improvement initiatives within the delivery team.

What we are looking for 5+ years of project management experience in IT consulting 3+ years of hands-on Zoho experience Experience managing 3–5 implementation projects simultaneously while maintaining timelines, scope, and client communication. Ability to independently conduct 5+ client discovery sessions per month and convert business requirements into clear solution designs. Proven experience creating business requirement documents, process maps, solution blueprints, or implementation plans Experience preparing and leading weekly client status meetings, including progress updates, blockers, risks, timelines, and next steps.
