Role Responsibilities\n

\n
• Supporting the Store Manager in managing daily operations
\n
• Monitor daily stock recovery in your department
\n
• Achieve sales growth and meet department KPI targets
\n
• Build your team to deliver exceptional customer service
\n
• Lead by example in all areas
\n
• High volume stock management
\n
• Execute department Visual Merchandising and standards
\n
• Launch and plan catalogue campaigns
\n
• Implement stock integrity initiatives to increase department profit
\n

The Ideal Candidate\n

• Strong retail leadership experience preferred
\n
• Visual merchandising experience
\n
• Physically capable to work large volumes of stock and set the pace
\n
• Having an owner's mindset for your department
\n
• A passionate attitude that inspires your team
\n
• A resilient & innovative problem solver
\n
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
\n
• IT competency
\n
• First Aid certified or willing to be trained (fully funded)
