We are looking for a passionate Store Manager to lead our MECCA Cairns store on a fixed‑term contract until September 2027. The role typically follows a Tuesday–Saturday rotation.

Day‑to‑day responsibilities\n

• Ensure store operations run smoothly and help the team create seamless and memorable customer experiences.
\n
• Build a highly effective team through ongoing training, mentoring and feedback.
\n
• Engage and motivate team members in‑store to meet KPIs and uphold brand values.
\n

Success looks like in this role\n

• Minimum three years of experience managing a large‑format retail environment, inspiring, coaching and training large teams.
\n
• A passion for exceptional customer service and a demonstrated ability to create memorable moments for customers.
\n
• Experience coaching and mentoring staff with a focus on development.
\n
• A ‘make‑it‑happen’ mindset with proven ability to build strong relationships.
\n
• Genuine care for people and a commitment to creating the best possible team‑member experience.
