Job Description
We are looking for a Delivery Manager with overall 12 to 18 years of experience with strong engineering foundation who has grown into a delivery leadership role. You will own end-to-end delivery for strategic accounts , primarily working with Global Capability Centers (GCCs) in India , driving engineering excellence, client engagement, and business outcomes. This is a high-impact, client-facing role requiring a go-getter mindset , strong ownership, and the ability to blend technology with delivery and business leadership .
Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end delivery across large-scale programs (quality, timelines, and financials) Build and manage relationships with senior stakeholders in GCC clients Lead and scale high-performing engineering teams (50β200) Drive engineering best practices (Agile, Cloud, Data, Microservices, DevOps) Manage risks, escalations, and delivery governance Own account growth, P&L, and revenue forecasting Support pre-sales, solutioning, and proposals Must-Have Requirements Started career as a Software Engineer / Developer and progressed into Delivery Management 12 years of experience in engineering and delivery leadership Proven experience managing large delivery programs (50 engineers) Strong experience working with GCC (Global Capability Center) clients in India Solid understanding of modern technology stacks (AI / Cloud / Data / Microservices) Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills Good to Have Experience with Retail / BFSI / Technology domains Exposure to any cloud AWS / Azure / GCP ecosystems Experience in digital / cloud transformation programs What Weβre Looking For Go-getter with high ownership mindset Ability to talk technology with credibility Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Proven ability to drive delivery grow accounts Why Join Us?
