8+ Years Experience in End Point Protection Data Protection and InfoSec delivery Have proven skills to lead a team of endpoint security email security and Vulnerability management engineers Hands on experience in driving the client WSR MBR meetings Have strong verbal and written communication skills Have working experience of people management conducting appraisals team utilization and identifying new revenue opportunities Able to articulate the achievements and shortcomings of the team and come up with the respective improvement plan Good understanding of Infra security architecture Experience in engineering infra security solutions Strong problem solving and decision making with the ability to troubleshoot complex endpoint and email security issues Drive the vulnerability remediations to achieve the high compliance score and able to highlight the blockers to client POC and work towards to closure Team player work well with cross teams Engineering and departments open for changes and adapt to new technologies and changing environment Have strong knowledge of Cognizant processes and organizational initiatives Technical Skills Solid experience in End Point policy enablement EDR solutions and NextGen antivirus ServiceNow exposure with Change Incident and Problem Management MS Defender Endpoint Security Qualys OKTA Proofpoint Ability to develop enhance Product Runbooks and Work Instructions
