Data scientist / digital tech analyst

• Strong SQL skills, including writing and tuning queries and building stored procedures.
• Good English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Experience developing data visualizations and reports (e.g., dashboards, operational reports).
• understanding of relational database concepts and data modeling fundamentals.

Preferred Qualifications

• Snowflake database experience.
• Intermediate Python skills for data processing and automation
• ERP data and process knowledge
• Business domain knowledge in manufacturing and/or supply chain.

• Partner with the project lead to understand customer requirements and translate them into well-defined technical solutions; develop, test, deploy, and support data analytics deliverables.
• Design and implement optimized database structures and write high-performance SQL (queries, views, and stored procedures) aligned to data architecture standards, with a focus on supportability, consistency, reusability, usability, and error prevention.
• Apply established ETL templates and standard work to onboard new datasets into the database; validate data completeness, quality, and lineage.
• Work directly with customers to understand data issues and conduct end-to-end investigations across ETL, data integration, and reporting processes to identify root cause and implement corrective actions.
• Create and maintain process documentation, technical runbooks, and standard work to support stable operations and effective knowledge transfer across US, India, and Brazil teams.
