Role Description We are looking for a responsible and organized Data Manager to handle and manage wedding data operations for both local and destination weddings. The candidate will be responsible for secure data transfer, server management, backup handling, and smooth coordination of wedding footage during events and travel. Required Skills: Basic knowledge of servers, hard drives, SSDs, and cloud storage.

Good file management and data organization skills. Ability to work under pressure during wedding events and travel schedules. Knowledge of data backup software and transfer tools.

Good communication and coordination skills. Key Responsibilities: Manage and organize all wedding shoot data during events and post-production. Transfer wedding footage and media files safely to company servers and storage systems.

Maintain proper folder structures and backup systems for all projects. Handle destination wedding data management and ensure smooth workflow while travelling. Manage roaming data and internet connectivity for on-site data transfers and uploads.

Coordinate with photographers, cinematographers, and editors for timely data collection. Ensure data safety, duplication, and secure storage of all wedding files. Monitor storage devices, hard drives, SSDs, and server health regularly.

Maintain records of transferred and delivered data for every project. Support the production team in smooth data handling during live wedding operations.
