Data Analyst

Data Analyst Location: Bangalore About the Role We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Data Analyst to join our team. This role requires exceptional SQL knowledge, a strong sense of ownership, and a keen ability to investigate and resolve complex data issues in a high-scale environment. Key Responsibilities Data Integrity & Investigation : Employ a \"detective\" mindset, actively digging into and resolving significant data discrepancies—for example, finding the root cause of issues like a Rs 600Cr discrepancy.

Ownership & Autonomy : Take ownership and responsibility of the product, working independently once a basic understanding of the functionality is established, working with stakeholders independently. Systems Thinking: Apply a deep understanding of upstream data flows and analyze how these flows impact downstream reporting. Minimum Qualifications Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of professional experience in a data-heavy environment. (E-commerce or Fintech experience is a plus).

SQL Mastery : Exceptional ability to write optimized queries, including complex joins, window functions, Analytical functions, and CTEs. Scripting : Good to have experience on any scripting for data manipulation (Example: Python Pandas, NumPy) and automation of data pipelines. Big Data Processing : Good to have Experience on Spark coding using Python/Scala/Java.
