AI Automation Engineer

We’re Hiring: AI Automation Engineer | Guidix.ai Why (Objective) Most companies are “using AI.” Very few are actually automating real workflows with it . In placements and careers, everything is still manual — student screening, outreach, matching, follow-ups. At Guidix.ai , we’re building an AI-first execution layer across campuses — where workflows run automatically, not manually.

We’re looking for someone who can replace repetitive work with intelligent systems . What (Role) This is not a coding-only role. This is building automation that runs the company .

You will: • Design and build AI-powered workflows (student journeys, matching, outreach) • Automate operations across students, campuses, and recruiters • Integrate tools like CRMs, databases, APIs, and AI models • Build systems for lead management, communication, and tracking • Continuously improve workflows for speed, scale, and accuracy How (Execution) You’ll thrive if you: • Think in systems and workflows , not just features • Love eliminating manual work • Can connect tools and make them talk to each other • Move fast — build, test, iterate • Care about real-world impact, not just clean code Tech Expectations (Must-have) • Hands-on with AI tools (OpenAI, prompt workflows, APIs) • Experience with automation platforms (Zapier, Make, n8n, etc.) • Ability to work with APIs, databases, and backend logic • Basic coding skills (Python / JS preferred) • Understanding of LLM workflows / agents (bonus) Who should apply?
