Data Analyst (enterprise data analysis)

Project Description: The Data Analyst is a self-driven analytics expert responsible for transforming enterprise data into actionable operational and business insights. The role supports improved decision-making across IT Service Delivery and business operations, leveraging strong domain understanding, analytical rigour, and modern analytics and automation platforms across cloud and on premises environments. This role plays a critical part in improving governance, reliability, quality, and observability of IT services by consolidating data, identifying patterns and trends, and driving evidence-based recommendations.

Beyond analysis, the Data Analyst provides thought leadership, partnering closely with operational teams to shape reporting, conduct deep dive studies, and influence continuous improvement across the organization. Responsibilities: Gather, consolidate, and interpret data from enterprise applications, platforms, and processes Analyze patterns, trends, and anomalies to generate meaningful business and operational insights Support IT Service Delivery governance, including quality, incident, problem, change, and observability Build recommendations and insights to improve performance, reliability, and decision making Design and deliver reports, dashboards, and analytical views aligned to stakeholder needs Partner with operational and business teams to conduct enterprise-wide analytical studies Apply analytics and automation tools across cloud and on-prem environments Mandatory Skills Description: Advanced Data Analysis & Interpretation IT Service Delivery & Operational Governance Analytics Cloud and On-Prem Data Environments Reporting, Dashboards & Observability Automation and Insight Generation Stakeholder Communication & Influence 6-8 years of experience in enterprise data analysis or IT operations analytics Strong understanding of enterprise applications, service delivery processes, and governance Proven ability to convert raw data into actionable, outcome focused insights Comfortable operating across technical depth and business context Nice-to-Have Skills Description: Experience in aviation, large enterprises, or regulated environments is a plus
