Data Analyst

About the Role We're looking for a Data Analyst who can bridge the gap between data and business decisions. You'll define the metrics that matter, spot trends before they become problems, and work directly with business users to make sure the numbers tell the right story. Responsibilities Define and track KPIs across production, delay, material, and quality Analyse trends and patterns in operational data Validate and QA dashboard outputs for accuracy Work closely with business users to understand and translate their needs Required Skills Strong SQL Hands-on experience with BI tools (Power BI / Tableau / Superset) Strong business thinking and domain awareness Advanced Excel Nice to Have Experience in manufacturing, garment, or textile industries Python for data analysis and automation Experience & Qualifications 2–4 years of relevant experience in AI/ML or applied data systems OR B.E / B.Tech in Computer Science, AI, or Data Science from Tier 1/Tier 2 M.Tech / M.Sc in AI or Data Science from Tier 1/Tier What We’re Looking For Self-driven individuals capable of working independently with minimal supervision Strong ability to scope, design, and deliver solutions from scratch A practical, execution-focused mindset with attention to production readiness Ability to work in fast-paced, time-sensitive environments Interest in contributing to a system that will evolve into a core business intelligence platform Compensation This is a initially a project-based role, which will turn into full time based on performance. ₹1.0L per month Negotiable based on performance, quality of based projects and institution tier.
