Designation - Technical support specialist Location - Jaipur Shifts - Rotational shifts (Night shift ) Key Responsibilities: Customer support โ Handle inbound calls, emails, and chat queries from customers. Technical troubleshooting โ Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues. Documentation โ Record customer interactions and update CRM systems accurately.
Service quality โ Ensure timely resolution and maintain high customer satisfaction scores. Collaboration โ Work with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues. Continuous improvement โ Contribute to process improvements and knowledge base updates.
