Job Description

Knowledge of front-office operations over SAP Customer Experience suite, C/4HANA and interactions with Commerce, Sales, Marketing, Service cloud for Customer journey. -Understand what Customer Data Platforms capabilities and showcase to Client about benefit of available features. - Able to manage core use cases to fully manage CDP implementation from business process mapping to designing an implementation that enables the development of uses cases for end-to-end delivery. Collaborate with Digital Strategists and Data Engineers on customer data platforms integrations and technical implementations. Knowledge of consent-based Customer data model, privacy compliance, social login & preference management in C/4HANA stack.

Knowledge and experience in implementation planning, fit analysis, configuration, testing, rollout, and post-implementation support. Experience in Customizing of C4C solution Sales and Service l and integration with S/4 Hana, C4 Hana, and non-sap systems. Knowledge of consumer’s behaviour and how to build customer profiles and provide customers with personalized marketing per Business requirements.

Knowledge of permissions management tool and ensuring transparency regarding the collection of data to customer over C/4HANA. Customer Data Platform consultancy to clients and drive stakeholders to achieve success in their personalization journey Knowledge and experience in implementation planning, fit analysis, configuration, testing, rollout, and post-implementation support. Experience in working with teams to prioritize work and drive system solutions by clearly articulating business needs Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve application development practices Should be able to create requirement specifications based on Architecture/Design/Detailing of Processes
