Job Overview:

Role: Semi-Domestic E-Commerce Voice Process

Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan (On-site)

Shifts: Rotational Shift (5 Days Working, 2 Rotational Offs)

Salary: 18,000 CTC + 1,000 Performance Linked Incentive (PLI)

Key Requirements:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good understanding of customer handling and voice support
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts
• Ability to resolve customer queries professionally
• Both Freshers and Experienced candidates can apply

• Handle customer queries and concerns through voice support.
• Provide timely, clear, and accurate resolutions.
• Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.
• Ensure a seamless customer experience for e-commerce services.
