Job Description
We are currently seeking two experienced Customer Service Support Officers to join a busy seasonal customer service operation supporting the launch and sale of a popular annual Australian publication.
This is a hands-on customer service role where you will assist customers with enquiries, orders, payments and online purchases, while ensuring a high level of service and accuracy throughout a busy seasonal period.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email
- Process customer orders and sales transactions
- Assist customers with online ordering and self-service options
- Process BPAY and other payment-related enquiries
- Manage returned-to-sender orders and customer follow-up
- Record and categorise enquiries accurately within the CRM
- Provide clear and professional information to customers
- Identify and elevate recurring issues or complex enquiries
- Share knowledge and information with other team members
- Assist with improving customer service processes
- Maintain accurate records and ensure customer information is handled appropriately
About You:
You will be an experienced customer service professional who enjoys working in a busy environment and providing a high standard of service.
To be successful, you will have:
- Previous experience in customer service, ideally within a high-volume or call centre environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong administration and organisational skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- The ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and computer-based systems
- The ability to manage competing priorities and work independently
- A positive, team-focused and customer-oriented approach
Experience using a CRM, particularly Microsoft Dynamics, will be highly regarded.
