We have an exciting opportunity for a Field Service Technician to join the Service Team at Vittoria Food & Beverage inMelbourne.

The Role

The primary responsibility of the Service Technician is to carry out repairs, maintenance and installations on the full range of Vittoria Coffee machines and related equipment. The goal is for clients to receive support and produce coffee of world-class standard through best practice and maintenance techniques.

Deliver first class customer service to all of our accounts in Victoria.

Deliver prompt and timely service to all of our customers.

Detailing and recording service logs using inhouse systems

Managing and maintaining coffee machine parts as required.

Working collaboratively with the team and being a team player.

About You

Previous field experience as a Service Technician.

Problem solving and diagnostic skills required particularly with technical equipment issues.

Ability to effectively communicate with customers at all levels.

Ability to work as a team player with internal and external key stakeholders.

Victorian Drivers License and working visa
