The Impact You’ll Make
We are currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated Customer Service Representative to join our HR Products division in Wetherill Park on a Permanent, full-time basis.
- Reporting to the National Sales Manager- HR Products, you will be responsible in maintaining relationships and provide exceptional Customer Service to internal & external Stakeholders
- Working within the Customer Service Team to assist in processing of RFQ to Order release stage
- Maintain relationships with customers/ potential customers to ensure customer satisfaction and future business opportunities
- Working with Internal stakeholders to provide support
- Answers customer queries in regards to pricing, turnaround and technical information
- Enters, maintains and reviews customer pricing and customer database
- Contribute as an active member of the Business by generating ideas and opportunities, identifying risks and helping resolve business issues and problems.
- Comply with the range of Valmont Australia and New Zealand Government Acts, Regulations and Codes of practice (including Community requirements, trade practices) by following documented procedures, processes and adhering to regulations
What You’ll Bring
- At least 2 years' experience in a customer service role, providing high-quality support and building strong customer relationships.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment while maintaining a high standard of service.
- Competent in the use of Microsoft Office Suite and exposure to CRM & ERP systems
- Exceptional interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with a proactive and customer-centric mindset.
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities, coupled with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
