The Role:

This is a full-time opportunity to join a dynamic and fast-paced team, with your time split between the North Ryde office and Sydney CBD flagship retail store.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience with a genuine passion for improving healthcare outcomes.
• Build strong product knowledge to confidently recommend tailored solutions and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Achieve retail sales targets while supporting the day-to-day operations of the store.
• Conduct professional product fittings and educate customers on the most suitable orthopaedic and compression solutions for their needs.
• Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner.
• Process customer returns and warranty requests accurately.
• Liaise with German manufacturing facility regarding faulty products and product-related enquiries.
• Provide administrative support and assist with ad hoc operational tasks as required.
