Customer Service Representative

We are recruiting for a Customer Care Consultant position with a large national company. This role is initially a fulltime ongoing casual position with a large well respected trade warehouse with a view to being permanent. We are seeking dynamic people with strong work ethics and a focus on safety in the workplace.

Your key responsibilities:

• A high percentage of this role is to assist customers via telephone, email and in person by recommending the best product or services to match their needs
• Inform customers of new product range and services where applicable
• Understanding customer's sales history and proactively identifying requirements
• Ensure customer requests are actioned in a timely manner within allocated timeframes
• Take ownership in continuing and cultivating all customer interactions

To be successful, you will require:

• Strong people skills, an outgoing friendly telephone manner
• Outstanding customer service skills and the ability to work unsupervised in a small team
• Clear verbal and written communication skills are necessary
• Forward thinker who can think outside the box
• An advanced understanding of Microsoft CRM programs,
  ** Microsoft Dynamic 365 (highly desirable)
• Knowledge in the use of MS Teams
• Industry knowledge or experience in a high-volume call centre environment preferred but not essential
