DESIGNATION: HR Assistant

We are looking to initiate hiring for HR Assistant roles over the next two weeks based on the below requirements. This is a focused hiring request, and we request your active and careful participation.

Remote Opportunity

Need only Bangalore

Shifts can be 3PM -12AM.

Key requirements:

• Expected headcount: ~25 resources
• Location: Bangalore only (candidates must be based out of these locations; no other locations will be considered)
• Work mode: Work from home (only in BLR & HYD), however laptops must be collected from the respective office locations (Bangalore / Hyderabad)
• Shift flexibility: Candidates must be flexible to work Day shift, EMEA shift, and NORAM shift
• Experience: 1-2 Years experience can be considered

Assessment & Selection:

• Strong communication skills are mandatory – no compromise
• Candidates should have strong aptitude and logical thinking skills
• All candidates will go through a Ladder assessment
• Those who clear the assessment will have one virtual interview
• Final onboarding will be based on interview feedback.
