About The Role

Our client is looking for a reliable and organized Customer Service Representative to support their team with customer communication, scheduling, appointment coordination, lead follow-up, and day-to-day administrative tasks. In this role, you will work closely with customers, field team members, and internal leadership to keep appointments, communications, and administrative processes organized and running smoothly. This is a great opportunity for someone who is highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate customer appointments and schedules.
  • Handle phone communication through RingCentral.
  • Coordinate with designated field team members regarding project schedules and appointments.
  • Follow up with leads and help ensure timely communication.
  • Organize customer, appointment, and project information.
  • Provide administrative support to team members across the company.
  • Assist with day-to-day customer service and administrative tasks.
  • Help ensure schedules, communications, and follow-ups are handled efficiently.
  • Coordinate multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.

What We're Looking For

  • Mid-level professional with experience in customer service, scheduling, administrative support, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities independently.
  • Comfortable communicating with customers, field teams, and internal team members.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Experience with JobTread.
  • Experience with RingCentral is a plus.
  • Organized, proactive, dependable, and comfortable working independently.
  • Comfortable working with a remote U.S. based team.

What Success Looks Like

  • Customer appointments and schedules are organized and up to date.
  • Customers and leads receive timely and professional communication.
  • Field team members have the information they need to stay coordinated.
  • Leads are followed up with consistently.
  • Administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time.
  • The team can rely on you to manage responsibilities independently with minimal supervision.

Schedule

  • Monday through Friday
  • 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM PT
  • Standard U.S. holidays
  • 10 days of PTO annually

Compensation

Salary: USD $2,000 to $2,200 per month, depending on experience.
