About the Role

We’re looking for a skilled Patient Care Coordinator to join our innovative team who is consistently raising the bar on service. You must speak in a US/UK Accent and write perfect English for this position. This is an in-person position where you will provide customer service to our healthcare patients.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service, schedule appointments, identify patient needs, and provide absolute privacy.
• You will be taking incoming calls and utilising our online live chat software to communicate with patients.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to enquiries regarding appointments.

Qualifications

• Ability to work 24x7 shifts (rotational) and weekend availability.
• Ability to speak in a US/UK accent with perfect diction and pronunciation.

Required Skills

• Customer service and/or sales experience.
• Must speak and write perfect English.
• Must be comfortable with interacting with USA people.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Possess a positive attitude.

Preferred Skills

• Experience: Total work: 2+ years (Required).
• Shift availability: Night Shift (Preferred), Overnight Shift (Preferred).
