About the Role\n

Be the face of our centre! As a Customer Service Officer, you’ll deliver a welcoming, professional experience to every member and guest—whether it’s at the front desk, over the phone, or supporting programs and memberships.

What You’ll Do\n

  • Greet and assist customers as they enter the centre
  • \n
  • Respond to enquiries (memberships, programs, bookings)
  • \n
  • Process payments (EFTPOS, POS system)
  • \n
  • Support membership sales and tours
  • \n
  • Handle customer feedback and resolve issues
  • \n
  • Manage phone calls and bookings
  • \n
  • Complete cash handling and end-of-day balancing
  • \n
  • Keep reception and centre areas clean and organised
  • \n
  • Work collaboratively with your team
  • \n
