Customer Service Officer

A great opportunity has opened up to join our team in Morley as a Full Time Customer Service Representative. Do you have experience in Customer Service, are customer focused, wanting to learn and be part of a team?

Industry experience is welcomed but not essential.

About Us:

A1 Locksmiths have been providing security and locksmithing solutions to Western Australia since 1985. We currently employ over 40 people in Western Australia and looking for more. We have offices in Morley, Osborne Park and Mandurah as well as 19 mobile workshops to service the greater Perth region and beyond.

About you:

You'll need to be a team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment, who wants to learn and grow with us. You will have experience in office admin, customer service as well as a positive mindset towards supporting the customers, our office staff and tradesmen.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Answering a very busy phone and assisting customers with enquiries.
• Working with our scheduler to book road jobs
• General admin roles- specifics determined once we get to know your strengths.
• Actioning emails and work orders
• Other duties as required.

To be successful in this role you'll possess the following:

• A willingness to learn
• Attention to detail and the ability to multi-task
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Computer skills including Xero, Servicem8, Outlook & Microsoft programs, as well as social media platforms
• A good telephone manner with demonstrated patience with customers
• Commitment to high quality customer service principles
