Role: Voice Customer Service – Technical Support

Location: Thane West

Job Summary:-

We are hiring for the HP North America Voice Customer Service Process. The role involves assisting customers with service-related queries and providing technical troubleshooting support for HP systems through voice interactions.

Eligibility Criteria:-

• HSC or Graduate candidates are eligible.
• Minimum 6 months of customer service experience is required.
• Candidates should possess excellent communication skills at C1 or C2 level.
• Candidates should be comfortable working in a 24x7 rotational shift environment.

Work Schedule:-

• 5 days working
• 2 rotational week-offs
• 24x7 rotational shifts

Interview Process:-

1. HR Round
2. AMCAT Assessment
3. Floor Operations Round

Compensation:-

CTC / Take-home Salary: Up to ₹30,000 in hand per month, depending on the candidate's profile and experience.
