Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated graduate or MBA fresher to join our team as a Customer Service & Accounts Executive. This role offers hands-on exposure to customer service, logistics operations, billing, documentation, and basic accounting, making it an ideal opportunity to build a career in the supply chain industry.

Roles & Responsibilities

Customer Service: 

• Respond to customer queries and provide shipment updates.
• Coordinate with warehouse and transport teams for smooth order execution.
• Maintain customer records and update operational data in the system.
• Prepare operational reports and support service documentation.
• Resolve customer issues and coordinate with internal teams.

Accounts & Billing: 

• Assist in customer billing, invoice preparation, and verification.
• Support accounts receivable and track customer payments.
• Process vendor invoices and maintain accounting records.
• Assist with account reconciliation, MIS reporting, and month-end activities.

Documentation & Administration: 

• Maintain shipment documents, PODs, invoices, and operational records.
• Ensure accurate filing and data entry in Excel, and accounting systems.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support day-to-day operations.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of accounting, billing, and invoicing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office Suite.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Good coordination, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced logistics environment.
