Customer Service Coordinator – TK Maxx Store Operations

We’re looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Coordinator to join our Store Operations team and help deliver exceptional service across a variety of customer touchpoints.

What You'll Be Doing

• Responding to customer enquiries across multiple channels.
• Providing friendly, professional and solution-focused customer support.
• Managing customer feedback and resolving enquiries efficiently.
• Collaborating with stakeholders across Store Operations, Marketing, HR, Property and Loss Prevention teams.
• Monitoring and responding to customer reviews and social media enquiries.
• Maintaining accurate records within ServiceNow and other systems.
• Contributing ideas and insights to continually improve the customer experience.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in customer service, customer care or contact centre environments.
• A calm, confident and customer-focused approach.
• Strong problem-solving and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• Retail experience and knowledge of customer-facing policies is highly regarded.
• Experience handling customer complaints and turning challenging situations into positive outcomes.
