Overview
In this role you own and manage a portfolio of customers, shaping clear business plans aligned with the organization’s channel strategy. You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver growth and profitability while building the customer’s trust as their first-choice partner. You’ll translate market data into compelling selling stories and drive multi-level stakeholder engagement.
This is a proactive, impact-focused role at Rich’s, aimed at sustainable year-over-year performance and strong partnerships.
Responsibilities- Develop customer strategies aligned with channel and BU goals
- Implement customer-focused growth solutions to hit budgets and targets
- Own delivery of KPIs, budgets, and outcomes for assigned customers
- Manage multi-level contact structure to ensure short- and long-term plans are executed
- Own insights and selling narratives to drive outcomes and category partnerships
- Be proactive in finding alternatives to delivery challenges across month, quarter, year
- Communicate effectively with internal teams (production, supply chain, NPD, finance, marketing, category mgmt)
- Contribute to strategic plan development within the BU and support cross-customer direction
- Represent the voice of the customer in-store and with clients to deliver outcomes
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills
- Ability to operate independently and make decisions under pressure
- Source, interpret, and create insights from customer and market data
- Present data-driven insights to influence customer decisions
- Proven ability to develop customer relationships and grow revenue and profit
- Ability to collaborate with internal teams across levels
