CSA Project Manager - Dublin

ProSource are recruiting on behalf of a leading multidisciplinary engineering consultancy for a CSA Project Manager to join their growing team. The company delivers high-value projects across the Pharmaceutical, Industrial, Commercial and Healthcare sectors, providing Architecture, Civil & Structural, Mechanical & Electrical and Project Management services to a portfolio of blue-chip clients. Role As a CSA Project Manager, you will lead the delivery of multidisciplinary projects from concept through to completion, coordinating Architecture, Civil & Structural and M&E teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and on-budget. You will: Lead multidisciplinary CSA projects from inception through to completion. Coordinate Architecture, Civil & Structural and M&E design teams across all project stages.

Manage project programmes, budgets, resources and commercial performance. Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. Lead design coordination meetings, client meetings and project reporting.

Manage RFIs, technical queries, tender documentation and contractor coordination. Mentor junior engineers and project staff while promoting best practice across the team. Carry out site visits and represent the company professionally.

Requirements Degree in Architecture or Civil / Structural Engineering. Professional Project Management qualification (PMI, IPM or equivalent). 7+ years' post-qualification experience managing multidisciplinary design projects. Strong knowledge of Irish planning, statutory approvals and construction processes.

Experience coordinating multidisciplinary design teams throughout the full project lifecycle. Excellent project planning, commercial awareness and client management skills. Experience within Pharmaceutical, Industrial or other regulated environments is highly desirable.
