We're looking for a Dynamics 365 / Power Automate Developer to take ownership of development, automation, and integration across a growing Microsoft ecosystem. This is a hands‑on role with real scope to shape solutions and improve business‑critical systems.

The Role

This is a developer‑led position focused on building, enhancing, and integrating Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Developing and customising solutions within Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Automate
• Designing and building workflows, plugins, and automation to improve business processes
• Supporting integrations across systems and ensuring performance, stability, and security
• Troubleshooting issues across flows, connectors, and system performance
• Working closely with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Driving continuous improvements across the platform and user experience

What You’ll Bring

• Strong experience developing within Dynamics 365 and Power Platform (Power Automate)
• Solid background in .NET and Java development
• Experience building integrations and working across complex environments
• Knowledge of customisation, plugins, workflows, and automation tools
• Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and optimise performance
• Ability to work closely with business stakeholders and deliver practical solutions

Nice to Have

• Experience with scripting (PowerShell, JavaScript, Python)
• Exposure to AI or automation tools
• Microsoft certifications across Dynamics or Power Platform
