CRM & Analytics Specialist – Central London

Are you a CRM specialist who enjoys solving problems, improving systems and getting more value from data?

We're recruiting for a growing multi-site business looking for a CRM & Analytics Specialist to take ownership of its in-house CRM platform and help turn customer and sales data into meaningful commercial insight.

You'll become a key point of contact for users across a national network, working closely with CRM, data, commercial and operational teams.

What you'll be doing:

• Own the day-to-day administration of the CRM platform
• Troubleshoot system issues, bugs and user queries
• Improve workflows, forms and customer enquiry processes
• Support integrations, upgrades, testing and data migrations
• Write and run SQL queries
• Monitor and improve data quality
• Produce reporting for sales, marketing and operations
• Build dashboards using Power BI, Tableau or similar
• Analyse customer enquiries, conversion, sales and revenue data
• Work with stakeholders across the wider business to improve CRM usage

What we're looking for:

We're looking for someone with 3+ years' CRM administration / systems experience who is confident taking ownership and getting stuck into technical problems.

You'll ideally have:

• Strong hands-on CRM experience
• Good SQL skills and the ability to build queries independently
• Experience with sales, customer or enquiry-based CRM systems
• Strong Excel and reporting capabilities
• Power BI, Tableau or similar experience
• Excellent troubleshooting skills
• Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical users
• A calm, practical approach when working under pressure
• Experience within retail, self-storage, property, leisure or another multi-site customer-focused business would be particularly relevant.
• Knowledge of PHP, IIS, APIs or SQL Server would be a bonus, but isn't essential.
