Title: Creative Assets & Operations Analyst Location: Miami, FL (Hybrid – 4 days onsite, 1 day remote) Duration: 6 months + Will be long term and could go Full Time Interview Mode : Phone + Onsite Key Responsibilities Capture, track, and organize current creative assets for quick and easy access Maintain an organized repository of templates, branded materials, and creative files Ensure assets are optimized for cross-platform use (Mac/PC, mobile, web) Presentation Design & Data Storytelling Create visually compelling presentations for various organizational levels Translate data and strategic insights into clear, engaging visual narratives Partner with stakeholders to align messaging with business and audience needs Culture & Communications Support Support internal campaigns, events, and culture‑building activities Assist in developing newsletters, training materials, recognition programs, and event communications Track engagement metrics and help optimize future initiatives Technical Support & Tools Management Serve as an expert in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel) and Keynote Utilize Adobe Creative Cloud tools (Photoshop, Illustrator) when required Work effectively across Mac and PC systems Support employees with tools, onboarding/offboarding needs, and digital asset inventory Leverage cloud‑based collaboration platforms such as SharePoint, Teams, or Google Workspace Qualifications 3–5 years of experience in creative asset management, presentations, data analysis, or strategic communications Experience working with or supporting senior leaders Exceptional attention to detail and organizational ability Strong visual storytelling and presentation‑building skills Ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams and deliver within tight timelines Effective collaborator with strong interpersonal skills Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, evolving environment requiring self‑direction and initiative Seniority level Associate Employment type Contract Job function Consulting Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at KPG99 INC by 2x #J-18808-Ljbffr
