Organization Redpath Partners are working alongside a privately held international real estate investment and development firm headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia. With roots internationally, the firm expanded into the U.S. market nearly 20 years ago and has since assembled a large, diversified land and development portfolio across multiple high-growth U.S. markets. The company focuses on research-driven, value-oriented investing, targeting opportunistic and often under-capitalized land and development sites.

Its strategy emphasizes disciplined underwriting, downside protection, and long-term value creation across both urban infill and large-scale master-planned suburban opportunities. With a multi-billion-dollar development pipeline and holdings spanning thousands of acres nationally, the firm operates with a lean investment team and a hands-on approach to sourcing, entitlement, capitalization, and execution. Opportunity This is a hands-on investment role that will directly assist the CIO with key activities, and coordinate the execution of transactions.

Key responsibilities include: Process Management: Monitor the land transaction process from broker selection to asset purchase/sale. Brokerage Partnerships: Develop and manage brokerage partnerships, including the creation of formal RFP processes for each disposition and be a key point of contact for relevant acquisitions Agreements: Assist in the negotiation and management of listing agreements. Marketing & Due Diligence: Manage the creation and dissemination of marketing collateral and maintain asset-specific due diligence repositories.

Reporting: Regularly report internal critical dates and key information relevant to asset disposals or acquisitions. Analysis: Prepare comprehensive offer analyses following asset marketing campaigns. Closing Coordination: Coordinate the closing process in consort with the Legal team and relevant stakeholders.

Candidate Excellent attention to detail with an ability to sift through information, focus on the important issues and convey pertinent information to those that need informing Commercial thinking especially as it relates to legal documents – project specific municipal agreements, entitlements and sale contracts, also require good (and improving) appreciation for document structure and negotiations Analytical thinker: curious and self-driven to investigate and come up with new ideas and solutions Ability to adapt their communication style to ensure they convey the critical information in a way that helps execution. Important as the individual will deal with various disparate stakeholders, e.g. Brokers; Municipal representatives and staff; individual community landowners; Development Engineers; Legal advisors; etc.

Qualifications/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Marketing, Communications, or a relevant field preferred. Minimum 5-6 year’s experience in real estate disposition or transaction management, specifically with large land tracts. Broker Relations: 2-3 years of experience working directly with land brokers is a plus.
