Interior Designer - Procurement Manager (Part-Time)

Job Description Job Description Crave Design Co. is a fast-growing hospitality interior design studio creating bold, experiential restaurants, cafés, and bars across the country. We’re looking for a Part-Time Procurement Manager who thrives on turning design concepts into real, built environments — someone who understands that sourcing isn’t just ordering... it’s curating, negotiating, tracking, and delivering the vision flawlessly. This role works closely with our design team and plays a key part in bringing each project from concept to install.

What You’ll Own Source furniture, lighting, materials, and décor aligned with design intent, budget, and brand Work directly with vendors to secure trade pricing, quotes, and lead times Prepare and present selections for client approval Create and manage purchase orders, invoices, and payment tracking Coordinate deliveries, freight, and install timelines Track all orders from sourcing through installation — resolving delays and substitutions proactively Maintain accurate, up-to-date FF&E schedules in Programa at all times Who You Are 2+ years experience in interior design procurement or FF&E Strong design eye — able to match products to a concept seamlessly Extremely organized and detail-oriented Comfortable managing multiple projects at once Clear communicator with vendors, clients, and team Experience with Programa or similar tools preferred Bonus: hospitality or restaurant experience Schedule Part-time: ~15–25 hours/week (flexible) Potential to grow into full-time as project volume increases Compensation Starting at $30/hour - Performance and rate review at 90 days, with opportunity for growth based on performance, independence, and contribution to team efficiency Why Crave Work on high-energy hospitality projects across the country Be part of a creative, fast-paced, design-driven team Opportunity for fast growth for the right person If you love sourcing, organizing, and seeing a design come to life in real time — we’d love to meet you.
