CRE Private Credit Analyst/Senior Analyst

CRE Private Credit Analyst / Senior Analyst Commercial real estate debt division of a large nationally renowned alternative asset manager. Position based in North Atlanta. Responsibilities Perform in-depth credit analysis and underwriting across all asset classes Build and refine advanced models for valuation and cash flow forecasting Prepare and present investment committee materials Perform credit analysis and re‑underwriting to evaluate and make recommendations for individual asset and pool resolutions in the portfolio Perform detailed quantitative analysis, including comparisons of budgeted, actual, and forecasted cash flows Track issuer/industry trends and macroeconomic events which could impact portfolio holdings Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate or an associated business degree 1+ years of experience in investment sales, acquisitions, banking, general underwriting, or loan asset management in the Commercial Real Estate sector Familiarity with commercial real estate valuation methods Advanced proficiency in Excel Seniority Level Associate Employment Type Full-time Job Function Finance and Analyst Industries Real Estate and Financial Services #J-18808-Ljbffr
