Costing & Pricing Trainee (Service Team)

Colep Consumer Products is a multinational, leading global player in the contract manufacturing of cosmetics and personal care, as well as a provider of innovative solutions for brands across the world. Colep Consumer Products develops aerosols and liquids, from concept to fully tested products.

We are looking for a Pricing & Costing Trainee to support the Pricing & Costing Team by developing accurate costing models, contributing to pricing processes, and providing valuable insights that help ensure the profitability and competitiveness of our product portfolio.

Main Activities and Responsibilities

• Support the Pricing and Costing team with Catalogue price creation, quotation, and cost exercise preparation;

• Partner with the Marketing team to assess the commercial feasibility of new product opportunities through robust cost analysis;

• Develop and maintain costing models using SAP and Excel tools;

• Lead the catalogue price creation process under the guidance of experienced team members.

We are looking for

• Degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering or similar;

• Fluent in English (mandatory);

• Data-driven and robust analytical skills;

• Advanced MS Excel knowledge;

• Knowledge of SAP is a plus.
