The Role
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve corporate revenue targets and market penetration goals.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve corporate revenue targets and market penetration goals.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify key opportunities.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing their needs and concerns effectively.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and proactive outreach.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to generate leads and convert them into viable business prospects.
- Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing sales team.
- Set sales targets, monitor performance, and provide coaching to ensure individual and team success.
- Prepare and present compelling proposals to prospective clients, outlining the benefits of the Pandas waste management solutions.
- Negotiate terms and agreements to secure profitable and sustainable business partnerships.
- Monitor industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
- Generate regular reports on sales performance, market share, and areas for improvement.
- Work closely with operations, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with marketing to align sales strategies with promotional activities and campaigns.
- Ensure that all sales activities comply with relevant regulations and industry standards.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with sales operations.
- Develop and manage the sales budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and a positive return on investment.
- Track and report budgetary performance against targets.
- Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives within the sales department to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for the sales team to enhance their skills and knowledge.
