Corporate Relationship Manager Life and Pensions Corporate Customer Relationship Manager - Life & Pensions Location: Munster Contract Type: Interim (12-month maternity cover) Working Pattern: Full-time or Part-time considered About the Role We are seeking an experienced Interim Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to join a leading Corporate Life and Pensions (CLP) business for a 12-month maternity cover contract. Reporting to the Corporate Market Lead, the successful candidate will play a key role in managing and developing relationships with corporate clients, supporting employer pension schemes, and delivering exceptional client outcomes. The Corporate Life & Pensions business supports hundreds of medium to large employers across Ireland and internationally, providing employee benefit solutions designed to deliver value for employers and their members.
This role is based in Munster and offers flexibility, with both part-time and full-time options available. We recognise that the best talent may not always be available full-time and welcome conversations around flexible working arrangements. Key Skills & Experience The successful Interim Customer Relationship Manager will have: A minimum of six years' experience within HR, employee benefits, pensions, or a related client relationship environment Strong experience managing corporate clients and building trusted long-term relationships Excellent interpersonal skills with the confidence to engage proactively with employers, business organisations, and employees Strong presentation, organisational, influencing, and planning abilities Experience engaging with industry bodies and external stakeholders A third-level qualification in HR, Business, Investments, Pensions, or a related discipline QFA qualification preferred Strong commercial awareness and sales capability Key Responsibilities The Interim Customer Relationship Manager will be responsible for: Managing, retaining, and growing a portfolio of existing corporate clients through effective relationship management Conducting client reviews, supporting investment discussions, and engaging with employers and scheme members Driving increased member engagement and participation across workplace pension schemes Coordinating and delivering projects supporting the acquisition, implementation, and transition of new employer pension plans Managing member records and associated assets throughout implementation processes Building strong relationships with key stakeholders and acting as a trusted advisor to corporate clients Representing the business at networking and industry events to strengthen market presence and develop new relationships Supporting new business opportunities and participating in employer presentations and pitches About the Business This organisation is a leading provider of life, pensions, and employee benefit solutions in Ireland, supporting businesses and individuals through innovative products, strong client relationships, and a commitment to delivering long-term value.
